By installing or using Fireporter (Figma plugin, Roblox Studio plugin, or related online
features), you agree to these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Fireporter to export, import, upload, or process content that is:
Sexual, pornographic, or otherwise NSFW
Illegal, hateful, harassing, or violent in a way that violates platform rules
Intended to bypass Roblox, Figma, or Fireporter safety or moderation systems
You also agree not to abuse Live Mode, asset upload, or related services (for example
flooding uploads, circumventing lockouts, or attempting to disrupt the backend). The same
rules apply to anything you submit through a support ticket, including attachments —
submitting harmful, illegal, or abusive content through a ticket is not allowed, and we
may ignore or block tickets that violate this.
Ownership
Fireporter does not claim ownership of the designs, layers, images, or
other content you export or import. You remain responsible for having the rights to any
Figma files, assets, and Roblox content you process with the plugin.
The Fireporter software, name, and branding remain the property of the developer.
Accounts & platforms
When you connect a Roblox account or use Roblox asset upload, you must also follow
Roblox's Terms of Use and community standards. When you use the Figma
plugin, you must follow Figma's applicable terms and policies.
Fireporter may refuse or limit features if your use violates these Terms, Roblox rules,
or Figma rules.
No warranty
Fireporter is provided "as is" and "as available",
without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for
a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that exports will be pixel-perfect on every device, that Live Mode
will always be available, or that Roblox will accept every uploaded image.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of Fireporter is not liable for any
indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of
data, profits, or business, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the plugin.
You use Fireporter at your own risk, including risk related to moderation outcomes and
third-party platform decisions.
Changes
Features of Fireporter may change over time (including Live Mode, upload behavior, and UI).
We may update these Terms when needed. Continued use after an update means you accept the
revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we revise this page.
Termination
Access to Fireporter may be restricted or revoked in cases of abuse, violation of these
Terms, or violation of Figma or Roblox policies — including temporary lockouts after
moderation failures where applicable.
You may stop using Fireporter at any time by uninstalling the plugins and logging out of
optional Roblox sessions.
